Chan­tal Chisley

Chan­tal Chis­ley works at the Polish Social Coun­cil e.V. and is com­mit­ted to streng­thening par­ti­ci­pa­tion and co-deter­mi­na­tion in a diverse society. Since 2024/2025, she has been a mem­ber of the Par­ti­ci­pa­tion Advi­sory Board and the Com­mit­tee on Diver­sity and Anti-Dis­cri­mi­na­tion for the Fried­richs­hain-Kreuz­berg dis­trict. Her areas of focus include par­ti­ci­pa­tion, social inclu­sion, and anti-racism. In addi­tion, she has a par­ti­cu­lar inte­rest in working with child­ren and young peo­ple and is com­mit­ted to invol­ving young peo­ple in demo­cra­tic pro­ces­ses and making their per­spec­ti­ves visible.
