We have joi\u00adned forces to drive change at all levels of early child\u00adhood edu\u00adca\u00adtion and to sys\u00adte\u00adma\u00adti\u00adcally eli\u00admi\u00adnate dis\u00adcri\u00admi\u00adna\u00adtion. To this end, we are focu\u00adsing on three key approaches: <\/p>\n\n\n\n
GeDAB con\u00adnects stake\u00adhol\u00adders who pre\u00adviously had little oppor\u00adtu\u00adnity to engage with one ano\u00adther. Experts from the fields of edu\u00adca\u00adtio\u00adnal prac\u00adtice, admi\u00adnis\u00adtra\u00adtion, aca\u00adde\u00admia, and poli\u00adtics are working tog\u00ade\u00adther to improve the early child\u00adhood edu\u00adca\u00adtion sys\u00adtem. The net\u00adwork helps to ensure equi\u00adta\u00adble access to high-qua\u00adlity edu\u00adca\u00adtion, civic edu\u00adca\u00adtion, par\u00adti\u00adci\u00adpa\u00adtion, and fair edu\u00adca\u00adtio\u00adnal oppor\u00adtu\u00adni\u00adties within the early child\u00adhood edu\u00adca\u00adtion sys\u00adtem. It pro\u00advi\u00addes gui\u00addance for policy-making pro\u00adces\u00adses and streng\u00adthens prac\u00adti\u00adtio\u00adners\u2019 skills in deal\u00ading with diversity. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
We are rai\u00adsing public awa\u00adre\u00adness of the issue of demo\u00adcracy edu\u00adca\u00adtion in day\u00adcare cen\u00adters through social media acti\u00advi\u00adties, cam\u00adpaigns, and events. Our focus here is on par\u00adti\u00adci\u00adpa\u00adtion, com\u00adba\u00adting dis\u00adcri\u00admi\u00adna\u00adtion, and fos\u00adte\u00adring the deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment of poten\u00adtial in a post-migrant society within the con\u00adtext of early child\u00adhood education. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tog\u00ade\u00adther, we are deve\u00adlo\u00adping a set of action items with evi\u00addence-based recom\u00admen\u00adda\u00adti\u00adons for the aca\u00adde\u00admic com\u00admu\u00adnity, poli\u00adcy\u00adma\u00adkers, govern\u00adment agen\u00adcies, and early child\u00adhood edu\u00adca\u00adtors to pro\u00admote demo\u00adcracy edu\u00adca\u00adtion and equi\u00adta\u00adble access to child\u00adcare spots, and to break down bar\u00adriers to par\u00adti\u00adci\u00adpa\u00adtion in early child\u00adhood education. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
