The goal is to dis\u00adcuss the cur\u00adrent and future needs of child\u00adcare cen\u00adters in the con\u00adtext of post-migrant socie\u00adties and struc\u00adtu\u00adral challenges.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In an era marked by a shortage of skil\u00adled workers, rising expec\u00adta\u00adti\u00adons regar\u00adding the edu\u00adca\u00adtio\u00adnal mis\u00adsion of day\u00adcare cen\u00adters, and chan\u00adging socie\u00adtal demands, early child\u00adhood edu\u00adca\u00adtion sys\u00adtems face signi\u00adfi\u00adcant chal\u00adlenges. Issues such as the pro\u00adfes\u00adsio\u00adnal deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment of day\u00adcare staff, the dis\u00adad\u00advan\u00adtage faced by cer\u00adtain groups, bar\u00adriers to access, and pro\u00adces\u00adses of segre\u00adga\u00adtion require in-depth dis\u00adcus\u00adsion and inno\u00adva\u00adtive solutions.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In light of the upco\u00adming fede\u00adral elec\u00adtions, it is clear that the needs of children\u2014and espe\u00adci\u00adally their rights\u2014are given little atten\u00adtion in party plat\u00adforms. This over\u00adlooks the far-rea\u00adching signi\u00adfi\u00adcance that day\u00adcare cen\u00adters have for society as a whole. Against this back\u00addrop, we would like to invite you to a policy dis\u00adcus\u00adsion to high\u00adlight the signi\u00adfi\u00adcant needs for action that curr\u00adently exist in the areas of child-rea\u00adring, edu\u00adca\u00adtion, and childcare.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are invi\u00adting experts from the fields of poli\u00adtics, aca\u00adde\u00admia, and the pro\u00adfes\u00adsio\u00adnal sec\u00adtor to par\u00adti\u00adci\u00adpate in this important dia\u00adlo\u00adgue.
